LATE BIDS For. purposes of Bid openings held and conducted by OGS, a Bid must be received in such place as may be designated in the Bid Documents or if no place is specified in the OGS Mailroom located in the Empire Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, at or before the date and time established in the Bid Specifications for the Bid opening. Determinations relative to Bid timeliness shall be at the sole discretion of the Commissioner.
