LATE ACCESS. Old Skool Sounds Entertainment will not be liable for any refund, in part or whole, where ‘we’ are late accessing the venue and setting up purely because of earlier events over-running, or where ‘we’ are prevented from accessing, setting up or providing our professional services by the venue management. Neither will Old Skool Sounds Entertainment be obligated to provide an extension to the agreed timescale on a pro-rata basis in these circumstances.
LATE ACCESS. The Contractor shall negotiate with the SSP through the CIP for resolution of any flight hardware issues regarding late pad (after payload bay door closure) access that could potentially impact the Orbiter closeout timeline for launch. The Contractor is responsible for delivery of middeck installed late access payloads (if any) to KSC personnel at the launch pad, and for installation of late access payloads into the SPACEHAB module using the KSC-provided MVAK.
