Common use of Large Items Clause in Contracts

Large Items. Those materials including furniture; area and floor rugs; 318 mattresses; White Goods; ▇▇▇▇▇ Goods; E-Waste; U-Waste; clothing; tires without rims; 319 Organic Waste that does not properly fit in the Service Recipients Organics Cart or Bin; or 320 some combination of such items in a container the dimensions of which container does not 321 exceed four feet by four feet by two feet (4’x4’x2’) and weighing no more than sixty (60) 322 pounds, which are attributed to the normal activities of a Single Family Dwelling (“SFD”), 323 Multi-Family Dwelling (“MFD”), or Town Service Unit. Large Items must be generated by 324 and at the SFD, Multi-Family Dwelling (“MFD”) or Town Service Unit wherein the Large 325 Items are collected. Large Items do not include items herein defined as Exempt Waste.
