Common use of Laptop Computer Clause in Contracts

Laptop Computer. The District shall provide a laptop computer for the Superintendent's business and personal use, at the sole cost and expense of the District. The Superintendent may, in the Superintendent's discretion, purchase a new replacement laptop computer every two (2) years during the term of this Contract for the advantages offered by the then current laptop computer technology.
