Common use of Language Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Language Interpretation. The binding language of the Agreement shall be English. The binding language of the Agreement shall be German if the English expression used herein is translated by a German expression in brackets. In this event the English expression shall be for convenience only. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement or as agreed upon by Purchaser and Sellers’ Agent, each notice, request, statement, instrument, certificate or other communication given, delivered or made by a Party to any other Party under or in connection with this Agreement shall be in English. In this Agreement, the headings are inserted for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement. Any reference to “including” herein shall mean “including without limitation.”
