Landscape Grading Plan Sample Clauses

The Landscape Grading Plan clause defines the requirements and standards for shaping and leveling the land as part of a construction or landscaping project. It typically outlines the need for a detailed plan that specifies elevations, slopes, and drainage patterns to ensure proper site preparation before planting or construction. By establishing clear expectations for grading, this clause helps prevent drainage issues, soil erosion, and future landscaping problems, ensuring the site is properly prepared for subsequent work.
