Common use of Landlord's Waivers Clause in Contracts

Landlord's Waivers. Tenant and its Affiliates will not be liable or in any way responsible to Landlord for, and Landlord waives all claims against Tenant and its Affiliates for, any loss, injury or damage that is insured or required to be insured by Landlord under Section 9.1(a)(1), so long as such loss, injury or damage results from or in connection with this Lease or Tenant's use and occupancy of the Premises.
