Landlord's Waivers. Debtor shall furnish to Secured Party, if requested, a landlord's waiver of all liens with respect to any Collateral covered by this Agreement that is or may be located upon leased premises, such landlord's waivers to be in such form and upon such terms as are acceptable to Secured Party.
