Landlord's Waivers. Unless otherwise agreed by the Agent, the Agent shall have received a landlord's waiver from each landlord of each and every business premise leased by the Borrower and/or any Subsidiary Guarantor and on which any of the Collateral is or may hereafter be located, which landlords' waivers must be reasonably acceptable to the Agent and its counsel in their sole and absolute discretion.
