Common use of Landlord’s Right to Place Tenant’s Insurance Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Right to Place Tenant’s Insurance. If Tenant at any time fails to take out and keep in place any insurance required by or pursuant to this lease or to deliver to Landlord satisfactory proof of the good standing of any such insurance, Landlord shall, without prejudice to any of its other rights hereunder, have the right but not the obligation to effect such insurance on behalf of Tenant and the cost thereof together with all reasonable expenses incurred by Landlord shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord upon demand as additional rent.
