Common use of Landlord's Right to Maintain or Repair Clause in Contracts

Landlord's Right to Maintain or Repair. If, within ten (10) days following notice to Tenant, Tenant fails to commence to maintain, repair or replace any part of the Premises and diligently pursue timely completion of such maintenance, repair or replacement, Landlord may cause all required maintenance, repairs or replacements to be made. Tenant shall promptly pay Landlord all reasonable costs incurred in connection therewith plus interest thereon at the Interest Rate from the due date until paid.
