Common use of Landlord’s Right to Enter Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Right to Enter. Tenant shall permit Landlord and its agents to enter into the Premises at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice (except that in emergencies no notice shall be required) to examine the Premises, make such repairs and replacements as Landlord may be permitted to make pursuant to the terms of this Lease, without however, any obligation to do so, and show the Premises to prospective purchasers and lenders, and, during the last year of the term, to show the Premises to prospective tenants and to keep affixed in suitable places notices of availability of the Premises.
