LANDLORD'S ENTRY AFTER SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION. At any time after the Commencement Date, Landlord may enter the Premises to complete Punch List items, and such entry by Landlord, its agents, servants, employees or contractors for such purpose shall not constitute an actual or constructive eviction, in whole or in part, or entitle Tenant to any abatement or diminution of Rent, or relieve Tenant from any obligation under this Lease, or impose any liability upon Landlord or its agents.
