Landlord’s Consent Fees. In addition to fees and expenses in connection with Tenant Work, as described in Section 10.05, Tenant shall pay Landlord’s reasonable fees and expenses, including legal, engineering and other consultants’ fees and expenses, incurred in connection with Tenant’s request for Landlord’s consent under Article 13 (Assignment and Subletting) or in connection with any other act by Tenant which requires Landlord’s consent or approval under this Lease.
