Land Application Area. For discharges associated with land application of process wastewater and/or manure under the control of the EPO operator, including discharges to groundwater that has a direct hydrologic connection to waters of the United States, the permittee must: a. The EPO must ensure that such activities comply with the requirements of Minimum Requirement 9 specified in Table III.A, in Part III.A of this permit; and
