Lactation Accommodations Sample Clauses

Lactation Accommodations. A minimum of one designated lactation room will be identified at each District location and will meet the standards required under California Labor Code, Division 2, Part 3, Chapter 3.8, Section 1031 and also Education Code 66271.9 when there is joint use by students. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide the use of an additional temporary room or other location (other than a restroom) if a request is made by the unit member because the designated location is not in close proximity to the unit member’s work area. Additional lactation rooms may be designated or added at the discretion of the District. The location of the designated lactation room shall be noted on campus maps.
Lactation Accommodations. The District will provide lactation accommodations in accordance with the law.
Lactation Accommodations. 13.9.1 An employee shall be provided the use of a private room or location, other than a bathroom, to express breast milk for an infant child, which may be the employees work area or other location in close proximity. 13.9.2 The room or location provided shall meet the requirements noted in Labor Code 1031. 13.9.2.1 Shielded from view and free from intrusion while the employee is expressing milk 13.9.2.2 Is safe, clean, and free of hazardous materials. 13.9.2.3 Contains a place to sit and surface to place a breast pump and personal items 13.9.2.4 Has access to electricity or alternative devices. 13.9.2.5 Has access to a sink with running water and a refrigerator or, if a refrigerator cannot be provided, another cooling device suitable for storing milk in close proximity to the employee's workspace.
Lactation Accommodations. 7.1 The Employer shall provide a reasonable amount of break time for lactating employees to express (pump) milk. Time used to express milk may be used at the same time as other breaks provided. However, Employers must provide additional break time if needed, although the additional time may be unpaid. 7.2 The Employer shall make reasonable efforts to provide a private space, other than a bathroom, where lactating employees may express milk. That provided space shall be private, shielded from view, and free from intrusion.
Lactation Accommodations. RAICES shall provide a supportive environment to enable breastfeeding employees to express milk during work hours for up to three years following the birth of a child. Employees are allowed a minimum of thirty
Lactation Accommodations. The City will adhere to Administrative Regulation 4.3-B, Lactation Support Policy, effective March 1, 2019, appended to the CBA, and all applicable laws regarding lactation rights and accommodations.

  • Proper Accommodation Proper accommodation shall be provided for employees to have their meals and store and change their clothes.

  • Reasonable Accommodations Landlord agrees to comply with all applicable laws providing equal housing opportunities, including making reasonable accommodations for known physical or mental limitations of qualified individuals with a disability, unless undue hardship on Landlord would result. Tenant is responsible for making Landlord aware of any such required accommodations that are reasonable and will not impose an undue hardship on Landlord. If Tenant discloses a disability and requests an accommodation, Landlord has the right to have a qualified healthcare provider verify the disability if the disability is not readily apparent, and Landlord has the right to use the qualified healthcare provider verifying the disability as a resource for providing the reasonable accommodation.

  • Accommodations Clean accommodations will be provided for employees to have their meals and keep their clothes.

Individuals who need aids, alternative document formats, or services for effective communications or other disability related accommodations in the programs and services offered are invited to make their needs and preferences known to this office. Interested parties should provide as much advance notice as possible.
