Laboratory Qualifications. Each Department/agency (the Department) will retain a certified laboratory under the United States Department of Health and Human Services Mandatory Guidelines (DHHS) for federal workplace drug testing programs. The use of a certified laboratory ensures that the highest standards of forensic toxicology are being met. Controlled Substances: The following drugs will be tested for: Marijuana Cocaine Opiates Amphetamine Phencyclidine Others as deemed appropriate and in accordance with M.G.L. c. 94C.
