Common use of Laboratory Instruction Clause in Contracts

Laboratory Instruction. Instructors who teach a course with a laboratory component shall receive credit for teaching the laboratory component of the course according to the following scale: (1) If the course instructor is solely responsible for organizing, instructing and assessing student performance, s/he will receive credit equivalent to one-half (1/2) the number of laboratory contact hours per week per term.
