Labor Management Council. A Labor/Management Council will be established upon ratification of this contract. The Council will consist of the Superintendent and members of the bargaining unit, as determined by the bargaining unit membership. The Council will meet periodically to discuss issues and concerns of the bargaining unit and of the District with the purpose of continuously improving safety and support services in the district and the learning environment.
