Building a Climate of Ongoing Problem Solving. We agree that up to five (5) LMC members shall be appointed by each of the respective organizations, including the SMEEA President and the Superintendent, and that each LMC member shall be personally committed to this Council’s standards and to building trust through principled communications with each other. All members shall be empowered by their constituents to make decisions. The LMC shall use consensus decision-making (SMEEA 1 vote and District 1 vote).

  • Appropriate Technical and Organizational Measures SAP has implemented and will apply the technical and organizational measures set forth in Appendix 2. Customer has reviewed such measures and agrees that as to the Cloud Service selected by Customer in the Order Form the measures are appropriate taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation, nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing of Personal Data.

  • Technical and Organizational Measures The following sections define SAP’s current technical and organizational measures. SAP may change these at any time without notice so long as it maintains a comparable or better level of security.   • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where SPARDI has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to SPARDI. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for SPARDI (e.g. hairpinning):
