Common use of Labor Management Council Clause in Contracts

Labor Management Council. The Labor Management Council (LMC) will be an integral component of the interest-based problem-solving model as a forum for the sharing of information and discussion of important issues in the Santa ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ School District. The LMC shall work to identify and present potential problems and seek to resolve employee/administration conflicts/disputes on appropriate non-bargainable issues. The LMC will build and model a climate of ongoing problem-solving that enhances outcomes for both parties.
