Common use of Labor Compliance Program Clause in Contracts

Labor Compliance Program. Developer shall execute and deliver the Memorandum of Understanding attached hereto as Exhibit D (“MOU”) concurrently with this Agreement, and shall retain LAUSD to operate and enforce a labor compliance program ("Labor Compliance Program") in accordance therewith. Developer shall adhere to the provisions of the MOU, and any Developer breach of the MOU shall be a breach under this Agreement.
