KPI Bonus Increase. A 1.5% bonus is payable to Employees who meet the KPI Bonus requirements prescribed at Clause 3.1.3 and 3.1.4 and Schedule 5. The quarterly KPI Bonus payments translated to payments per week are as follows: Classification Rate Per Week $ Technician (C8) 11.69 Inventory Controller (C11) 9.87 Spare Parts Storeperson (C12) 9.69 Employees who are on a Company advised personal holding rate that exceeds the remuneration prescribed in this Schedule and Agreement will not be entitled to such increases and remuneration benefits until such increases and benefits overtake the Employee’s personal holding rate.   • Annual Increases On each anniversary of Employee's termination from employment, any remaining amounts to be paid during the next year pursuant to this Paragraph 9 shall be increased to an amount equal to one hundred ten percent (110%) of the amounts required to be paid by Employer hereunder under the provisions of this Paragraph 9 during the preceding year.
