Known Work Clause Samples
Known Work. Known work that will continue past 19:30 hours may be signed pursuant to O 10.11.1 over the guarantee. This provision applies to voluntary third pieces of work only.
Known Work. Except for jobs that entail a full shift, eight (8) hours or more, management will continue to exercise it's option in determining what jobs, if any, will be placed on the overnight sign-up sheet. A driver, subject to seniority, signing a job on the overnight sign-up sheet, cannot be forced from that job.
Known Work. Except for work that entails a full shift, eight (8) hours or more, management will continue to exercise its option in determining what work, if any, will be placed on the Daily Work Board. A driver, subject to seniority, once assigned a piece of work cannot be forced from that piece of work.
