Common use of Knowledge exchange Clause in Contracts

Knowledge exchange. The Participants recognise that it is of mutual interest to exchange general information relating to their respective fields of competence, including in the context of trainings, conferences and workshops. Either Participant may invite staff members of the other Participant on a case-by-case basis to join such a knowledge exchange session. Each Participant will cover its own expenses incurred in relation to such sessions.
