Governmental Inquiries. The Acquiror Company has provided to the Company a copy of each material written inspection report, questionnaire, inquiry, demand or request for information received by the Acquiror Company from any Governmental Authority, and the Acquiror Company’s response thereto, and each material written statement, report or other document filed by the Acquiror Company with any Governmental Authority.
Governmental Inquiries. Since July 31, 2007 and, to the best of the Acquiror Company’s knowledge, for all periods prior thereto, the Acquiror Company has provided to the Company a copy of each material written inspection report, questionnaire, inquiry, demand or request for information received by the Acquiror Company from any Governmental Authority, and the Acquiror Company’s response thereto, and each material written statement, report or other document filed by the Acquiror Company with any Governmental Authority.
Governmental Inquiries. The Licensee shall immediately notify the Licensor in writing of any investigation, inquiry, claim or sanction by any Governmental Authority regarding any quality, labeling, advertising or other regulatory matter relating to the Licensed Products and shall keep the Licensor advised of the progress and findings of such investigation or inquiry.

FDH has made available to SKYC a copy of each material written inspection report, questionnaire, inquiry, demand or request for information received by FDH from (and the response of FDH thereto), and each material written statement, report or other document filed by FDH with, any Governmental Body.

The Seller has provided to the Buyer a copy of each material written inspection report, questionnaire, inquiry, demand or request for information received by the Company from (and the Company's response thereto), and each material written statement, report or other document filed by the Company with, any Governmental Authority.
Governmental Inquiries. The Acquiror Company has not received any material written inspection report, questionnaire, inquiry, demand or request for information from any Governmental Authority. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, neither the Acquiror Company nor any of its officers or directors is, or has been, the subject of any formal or informal inquiry or investigation by the SEC or FINRA or to its actual Knowledge, was there any formal or informal inquiry or investigation of the Acquiror Company or its officers or directors prior to the date hereof.
Governmental Inquiries. AT&T, IDT and IDT Investments shall use their respective commercially reasonable efforts to respond, as promptly as reasonably practicable, to any inquiries received from the Federal Trade Commission (the "FTC") and the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice (the "Antitrust Division") for additional information or documentation, and to respond, as promptly as reasonably practicable, to all inquiries and requests received from any other Governmental Authority in connection with antitrust matters. AT&T, IDT and IDT Investments shall use their respective commercially reasonable efforts to overcome any objections which may be raised by the FTC, the Antitrust Division or any other Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over antitrust matters. AT&T, IDT and IDT Investments shall (i) promptly notify the other party of any communication to that party from the FTC, the Antitrust Division, any state attorney general or any other Governmental Authority and, subject to applicable law, permit the other party to review in advance any proposed written communication to any of the foregoing; (ii) not agree to participate in any substantive meeting or discussion with any Governmental Authority in respect of any filings, investigation or inquiry concerning this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby unless it consults with the other party in advance and, to the extent permitted by such Governmental Authority, gives the other party the opportunity to attend and participate thereat; and (iii) furnish the other party with copies of all correspondence, filings, and communications (and memoranda setting forth the substance thereof) between them and their affiliates and their respective representatives on the one hand, and any Government Authority or members or their respective staffs on the other hand, with respect to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no party shall be required to make any significant change in the operations or activities of the business (or any material assets employed therein) of such party or any of its affiliates if a party determines in good faith that such change would be materially adverse to the operations or activities of the business (or any material assets employed therein) of such party or any of its affiliates having significant assets, net worth or revenue.

Governmental Inquiries. Seller hereby acknowledges and agrees that from the Contract Date to the Closing Date or earlier termination of this Agreement, Buyer may contact any and all federal, state and local governmental entities, agencies and departments in order to inquire about and investigate any and all matters relating to the Property. Buyer shall inform Seller of all such contracts, whether oral or written and shall furnish Seller with copies of all written inquiries.
