Common use of Knowledge Base Clause in Contracts

Knowledge Base. 13.1 KNOWLEDGE BASE - Cellomics is gathering a body of knowledge, data and information relating to, among other things cells, cellular processes and cell interactions with various chemical compounds and mixtures (the "Knowledge Base"). [*] Cellomics further acknowledges it intends to license access to the Knowledge Base or portions thereof to third parties for consideration.
