Schedule 3.23 sets forth a correct and complete list of the ten (10) largest suppliers (by dollar volume) of products or services to the Company and its Subsidiaries, in the aggregate (each, a “Key Supplier”), as measured by the aggregate payments of the Company and its Subsidiaries for the twelve (12) month period ended June 30, 2015. Schedule 3.23 also sets forth the aggregate payments to such Key Suppliers by the Company and its Subsidiaries during such periods. There are no outstanding disputes with any of the Key Suppliers.
