Common use of Key Personnel and Consultants Clause in Contracts

Key Personnel and Consultants. The Design Professional’s key personnel and consultants who have been assigned to the Project, along with a description of the role and duties of such personnel are listed in Exhibit B. • Design Team. The Design Professional represents (i) that it has or will secure at its own expense, all personnel required in the performance of this Contract, (ii) that all of the services required hereunder will be performed by the Design Professional or under its supervision, and (iii) all personnel shall be fully qualified and shall be authorized under State or local law to perform such services.
