Common use of Key Contact Clause in Contracts

Key Contact. One of NAMM'S (or its Affiliates') employees shall serve as the key contact for the Company. The key contact will be the Executive Director, who will be principally responsible for managing NAMM's duties under this Agreement and will be a member of the Senior Management Team of the Company, approved as described in Section 3.04 of this Agreement. Unless this individual shall die or resign or become disabled and be unable to perform such duties under this Agreement, NAMM shall not be permitted, without the Company's consent, to replace this named individual as the key contact. In the event of any such replacement, the Company shall have the right to approve the individual selected by NAMM to replace the key contact person, as a member of the Senior Management Team and as the key contact under this Section, provided such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
