Key Contact. Member of Contractor’s staff who liaises with EOHHS and serves as a point of contact for EOHHS for all communications and requests related to this Contract.
Key Contact. The Licensee agrees to provide FIZ Karlsruhe with the name, address, and telephone and telefax num- bers, and email address for a primary contact, and to notify FIZ Karlsruhe of any changes in this infor- mation during the term of this Agreement.
Key Contact. One of NAMM's (or its Affiliates') employees shall serve as the key contact for the Company. The key contact will be the president of NAMM, who will be principally responsible for managing NAMM's duties under this Agreement and will be a member of the Senior Management Team of the Company, approved as described in Section 3.04 of this Agreement. Unless this individual shall die or become disabled and be unable to perform such duties under this Agreement, NAMM shall not be permitted, without the Company's consent, to replace this named individual as the key contact. In the event of any such replacement, the Company and NHN shall have the right to approve the individual selected by NAMM to replace the key contact person, as a member of the Senior Management Team and as the key contact under this Section, provided such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Key Contact. The parties shall each name a key contact through which day-to-day contact and decision-making may be made and to facilitate communication between the parties. JJMI will make reasonable effort to timely respond to all questions and requests from SHP. The JJMI key contact shall have access to the researchers and laboratories performing within the Joint Cooperative Program with reasonable notice to and consent of SHP. A key contact person may be changed from time to time by notifying the other party of the change in its key contact person. In addition, SHP will provide a project manager on a continuing basis for each product being developed and sold under the Joint Cooperative Program.
Key Contact. Each party shall designate, and provide to the other contact information for, a primary business contact and a primary technical contact for matters relating to this Agreement. Neither party shall be required to contact any other personnel of the other party regarding any matter. Either party may designate a new primary contact person by written notice to the other party.
Key Contact. NBS will assign a member of their staff to be the main point of contact for all issues related to NBS Site and NBS Content on MSN, including editorial questions, request for fixes, technical problems, etc. Such main point of contact should also have 24-hour backup should he/she be on vacation, sick or otherwise out of the office. The NBS main point of contact will work within NBS to ensure all MSN issues are addressed promptly.

Key Contact. Each Participating Institution shall identify to Licensor the name of a Key Contact who Licensor may work directly with in the event of an issue at the Participating Institution.
Key Contact. CUSTOMER agrees to provide CAS with the name, address, telephone and telefax numbers, and email address for a key contact, and to notify CAS of any changes in this information during the term of this Agreement. A key contact is defined as a named User at an Eligible Site designated by Licensee as the administrative point of contact.
Key Contact. A Named User designated by LICENSEE as the primary point of contact with CAS for all Agreement matters.
