Keep Informed. Buyer shall provide Seller with information, and Seller will inform itself, and keep itself informed, about all aspects of the existing and future Buyer Systems and Retained Processes as necessary to perform the Services and comply with its obligations under this Section 12 (Buyer Systems and Retained Processes).
