Jurisdiction, New Devices and Methods. 10.1 The Company agrees not to assign duties relating but not limited to the preparation, administration, audition, rehearsal and/or broadcast of the Company's television programmes and overall operation, including the operation of technical equipment, to other than employees in the bargaining unit if such work assignment directly avoids the hiring of a full-time employee in the bargaining unit, directly results in a layoff, or avoids a recall from layoff of a full-time employee. It is agreed that the Company's obligations under this Article shall only apply with respect to work on television programmes or productions produced exclusively by and for the Company at the Company's premises.
