Common use of Jurisdiction; Applicable Law Clause in Contracts

Jurisdiction; Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Mexico, and for all matters relating to the interpretation and performance of this Agreement and any action or procedure resulting from or in connection therewith, the Parties hereby submit themselves, expressly and irrevocably, to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico, and expressly and irrevocably waive their rights in respect of any other jurisdiction that may correspond thereto by virtue of their present or future domiciles or for any other reason.
