Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing. No Party shall do anything which shall have the effect of injuring the right of another Party to receive the benefits of this Agreement or do anything which would render its performance under this Agreement impossible. Each Party shall perform all acts contemplated by this Agreement to accomplish the objectives and purposes of this Agreement.
