Common use of Jurisdiction and Divisions of Work Clause in Contracts

Jurisdiction and Divisions of Work. (a) The exclusive jurisdiction of the Union as defined hereunder as "Bargaining Unit Work", shall include all work in connection with and all Employees in the making, taking and servicing of motion and still pictures, whether on film, tape or film substitutes, and without restricting the generality of the foregoing, shall include all work of a kind and nature described herein.
