Jurisdiction and Choice of Law. This Agreement and all questions relating to its validity, interpretation, performance, and enforcement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Service Provider and Customer hereby consent to the jurisdiction of any competent state court of Texas located in Xxxxxx County, Texas, with respect to any actions arising from this Agreement. No action may be brought by either party against the other later than four (4) years after the cause of action has accrued. Nothing herein shall be construed to waive the sovereign immunity of the State of Texas.
