JRC Decision Making. 2.4.1 Each Party’s representatives of the JRC shall have collectively one (1) vote. All decisions of the JRC shall be made whenever possible by unanimous vote. 2.4.2 Notwithstanding the foregoing, A▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have the final decision-making authority with respect any “go/no-go” decision pertaining to the Collaboration Program.
