Common use of Jointly-Provided Switched Access Service Traffic Clause in Contracts

Jointly-Provided Switched Access Service Traffic. Traffic where both CenturyLink’s network and **CLEC’s network are used to originate Switched Access Service traffic by one of the Party’s End Users to be delivered to an Interexchange Carrier (IXC) for call completion, or where both CenturyLink’s network and **CLEC’s network are used to terminate Switched Access Service traffic delivered by an IXC to one of the Party’s End Users.
