Traffic where both CenturyLink’s network and Carrier’s network are used to originate Switched Access Service traffic by an End User to be delivered to an Interexchange Carrier (IXC) for call completion, or where both CenturyLink’s network and Carrier’s network are used to terminate Switched Access Service traffic delivered by an IXC to an End User.

Jointly-Provided Switched Access Service Traffic. Traffic where both CenturyLinkCenturyTel’s network and CarrierSprint’s network are used to originate Switched Access Service traffic by an one of the Party’s End User Customers to be delivered to an Interexchange Carrier (IXC) for call completion, or where both CenturyLinkCenturyTel’s network and CarrierSprint’s network are used to terminate Switched Access Service traffic delivered by an IXC to an one of the Party’s End UserUser Customers.
