JOINT PRODUCTION AGREEMENTS. (a) In any case where Minerals which are subject to a Mineral Disposition are Purchased, Canada agrees that it shall not set apart the Entitlement Land as an Entitlement Reserve until the Band has, subject to the requirements of applicable federal legislation, entered into an agreement to honour the terms of all Joint Production Agreements.
