Joint Negotiations. In the event of joint negotiations involving more than one (1) but less than five (5) Employers and the respective Unions, salaries of two (2) nurses per each facility shall be maintained by the respective Employers. In the case of “Central Table” negotiations, salaries of up to thirteen (13) nurses representing participating Manitoba Nurses’ Union regions/locals shall be maintained by the respective Employers. 509 Copies of this agreement shall be provided by the Union, and the Employer will supply a copy to each nurse at the time of hiring. 510 A suitable notice board or notice board space for the use of the Union will be provided by the Employer. Such notice boards shall be located in each building within the site where members of the bargaining unit are regularly employed. A management representative may be present during this period. 513 No nurse shall be required to make a written or verbal agreement with the Employer which may conflict with the terms of this Agreement, in accordance with Section 72(1) of the Labour Relations Act of Manitoba.
