Joint Early Intervention Program. The parties have agreed to participate in the Post-Secondary Joint Early Intervention Program (JEIP). The parties have also agreed that the JEIP will incorporate the following principles: a) Jointly Managed – The program will be jointly managed by the Employer and the Union.
