Common use of Joint Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Joint Cooperation. In the event that CalPERS initiates an inquiry that includes examination of whether individuals providing services under this Agreement to City are City’s employees, Vendor shall reply within five days and share all communications and documents from CalPERS that it may legally share. In the event that either Vendor or City files an appeal or court challenge, Vendor and City each agree to cooperate with each other in responding to the inquiry and any subsequent administrative appeal or court challenge of an adverse determination.
