JOC Timely Notice. JOC shall not be entitled to an equitable adjustment in the price of an issued Job Order unless JOC timely has given the requisite written notice to City on the physical conditions found. JOC never shall be entitled to an equitable adjustment to its price paid for an issued Job Order after final payment under the Job Order has been paid by City.
