Marketing Plans Contractor and the Exchange recognize that Enrollees and other health care consumers benefit from efforts relating to outreach activities designed to increase heath awareness and encourage enrollment. The parties shall share marketing plans on an annual basis and with respect to periodic updates of material changes. The marketing plans of the Exchange and Contractor shall include proposed and actual marketing approaches, messaging and channels and provide samples of any planned marketing materials and related collateral as well as planned, and when completed, expenses for the marketing budget. The Contractor shall include this information for both the Exchange and the outside individual market. The Exchange shall treat all marketing information provided under this Section as confidential information consistent with Section 1.4.1. The obligation of the Exchange to maintain confidentiality of this information shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Business Plans The Approved Full-Term Operating Business -------------- Plan and Approved Annual Operating Business Plan, if any, have been prepared in all material respects in accordance with GAAP (except for the treatment of Indebtedness owing to the FCC, which has been reflected in such plans at historical cost).

CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGES 1.1 a) Engineers operating: cranes with a manufacturer’s rating of over 164 to 219 tons capacity. Effective May 1, 2013, the wage rate for engineers operating large cranes 220 to 299 tons capacity shall be One Dollar and Twenty-Five Cents ($1.25) per hour above the applicable rate. The wage rate for engineers operating large cranes 300 to 499 tons capacity shall be Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($2.50) per hour above the applicable rate. Salary and Wages Except in the case of a Permitted Termination or Furlough, the Recipient shall not, between the date of this Agreement and March 31, 2021, reduce, without the Employee’s consent, (A) the pay rate of any Employee earning a Salary, or (B) the pay rate of any Employee earning Wages.
Marketing Plan (1) No later than six (6) months prior to the date rehabilitation of the Development is projected to be complete, Borrower shall submit to the County for approval its plan for marketing the Development to income-eligible households as required by this HOME Regulatory Agreement (the "Marketing Plan"). Flexible Working Arrangements 16.1 The Act entitles specified Employees to request flexible working arrangements in specified circumstances.
Flexible Scheduling All posts experience a higher day-time volume than occurs during the night hours and the Parties agree to a flexible scheduling as outlined below to be compatible with the needs of the community served and availability of on-call staff and the members of the post’s full-time staff.
Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing iNetworks traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandems and Verizon End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to iNetworks, the subtending arrangements between iNetworks Tandems and iNetworks End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that iNetworks maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.
