J-signed Clause Samples

The 'J-signed' clause establishes that a document or agreement must be signed by an individual or entity identified as 'J' for it to be valid or effective. In practice, this means that the signature of 'J' is a required condition for the execution or enforcement of the document, and no other party's signature will suffice to meet this requirement. This clause ensures that the authority or consent of 'J' is explicitly obtained, thereby preventing unauthorized execution and providing clarity about who must approve or agree to the terms.
J-signed. Only FPUs that are “J-signed” (as defined in the Xbox 360 Publisher Guide) to technically restrict their operation to Xbox consoles made for the Japan and Asian Sales Territories will qualify for the Royalty Incentive Program.
