IUID Planning. The contractor shall conduct Item Unique Identification in accordance with DFARS clause 252.211-7003 . The criteria to identify material for IUID is stipulated in the Business Rules section of Army Directive 2016-21, Interim Policy for Serialization Item Management (SIM), 16 May 2016 and DFARS 211.274-2 Policy for Item Unique Identification.
