Class Demographic Data. The contractor shall record and provide to the Government the class demographic data for each TM Verification, OT, ME, and IKTP event training course. The contractor shall prepare the Class Demographic Data in accordance with the form and instructions in Attachment 0012, Class Demographic Data. The data elements are type and location of training, a student roster containing student name, rank, Military Occupational Specialty (MOS), unit and location, telephone and DSN numbers, and names of instructors. The class roster shall be monitored throughout the training course and included in the final class documentation. (CDRL A082, Class Demographic Data).
