ITIL Guidelines. 2.5.1 The Contractor shall follow the guidelines contained in the Office of Government Commerce’s IT Infrastructure Library ("ITIL guidelines") for delivering the Services or may propose alternatives that are broadly functionally consistent with the ITIL guidelines.
2.5.2 The Contractor shall ensure that its service support processes include:
